These Terms & Conditions control your use of mypcex.com and related courier services. By using or registering on our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

User’s Roles and Responsibilities

  • Admin: Manages system, monitor all operations, Create and assign new roles
  • Merchant: Responsible for providing correct shipment details and ensuring that goods in the shipments are legally compliant.
  • Rider: Handles parcel’s pickup and delivery as per company policy.
  • Customer (Receiver): Receive his parcel and clear the shipment’s payment.

Shipment & Delivery Policy

  • All shipments are handled under the standard delivery timeline shared by PCEx.
  • PCEx is not responsible for delays caused by weather, address errors, or receiver unavailability.
  • Any shipment containing restricted items (weapons, drugs, etc.) will be rejected.
  • Parcels with an open feature can be opened by the customer (Receiver) Before paying.

Payment Settlement Terms

Merchants agree that settlement will occur according to their service plan (e.g., weekly). Bank account details must be correct to avoid delays.

Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

  • Use fake identities or send illegal goods
  • Interfere with system security
  • Misuse customer data

Limitation of Liability

MyPCEx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service, except where required by law.

Taxation

MyPCEx may deduct any applicable tax amounts from the merchant’s payments as required under the laws and regulations of the Government of Pakistan.

Intellectual Property

All logos, text, and system content on mypcex.com are owned by PCEx and may not be used without written permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts found violating our Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled under Pakistani jurisdiction.
