1. Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Multiple Cities
Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role
You'll be the driving force of our business growth as a Business Development Manager at PCEX. You'll engage with online sellers, e-commerce stores, and local businesses and introduce them to our innovative delivery, COD collection, and warehousing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new merchants, sellers, and business partners.
Introduce and pitch PCEX services to prospective clients confidently and clearly.
Build strong relationships with current merchants for satisfaction and retention.
Meet monthly sales and partnership goals.
Work together with operations and support groups to facilitate smooth onboarding and service delivery.
Share market trends and competitor insights with the management for ongoing improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline (desired).
Background in sales, business development, or e-commerce (1–3 years).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, results-focused, and relationship builder.
Familiarity with the local business patterns and delivery/logistics industry is an advantage.

2. Rider / Delivery Associate
Location: Multiple Cities
Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
About the Role
As a PCEX Rider, you’ll be the face of our company — delivering parcels with speed, care, and professionalism. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy a smooth delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
Quickly pick up and deliver packages to clients.
Accurately collect payments for Cash on Delivery (COD).
Keep records up to date and make sure collections are handed over properly.
Observe the designated delivery routes and timetables.
Safely handle packages while keeping lines of communication open with customers.
Inform the team of any delivery problems, hold-ups, or comments.
Requirements
Must own a valid motorcycle and driving license.
CNIC and smartphone required.
Basic knowledge of using mobile apps for delivery tracking.
Punctual, responsible, and polite behavior.
Previous experience in delivery/logistics (preferred but not mandatory).

Incentives (Earning Model)
This is not a salary-based job. It is an incentive-based franchise partnership
Rs. 10 per parcel for all pickup shipments collected from your city and dispatched to destination.
Rs. 20 per parcel for all delivery shipments that arrive in your city for final delivery to customers.
Your earnings increase directly with the number of pickups and deliveries you manage.
Your Role
Manage riders.

Maintain parcel records on PCEx system.
